Want the bill divided between occupiers? Set up your account, then email us to arrange how each person will be responsible for payment.
Where a supplier switch is needed, a domestic supplier normally has five working days to complete it. We will confirm the actual process and start date for your address. Existing supplier exit fees are your responsibility.

The offer is intended for ordinary residential use. Accurate information about the property and its occupiers is essential when joining and throughout the contract.

- Only residential properties are eligible. Commercial, industrial or other non-residential use is excluded.
- The property must have fewer than five occupants and fewer than five bedrooms. A property reaching either limit is ineligible.
- Properties with swimming pools are excluded.
- Energy must be used for normal domestic purposes at the registered property. Commercial activity, supplying other premises, bypassing meters, tampering or deliberately excessive use is prohibited.
- We may request reasonable evidence of occupancy, property details and usage, and may terminate the service for material breach, ineligible use or fraudulent information, subject to the contract and applicable law.
- The contract lasts 12 months. An early cancellation fee of £300 is proposed, subject to the full contract and applicable consumer rights.
- We do not pay termination or exit fees charged by your existing provider.
“Unlimited” describes the proposed monthly pricing approach; it is subject to this fair use policy and the final supply agreement. Full terms, supplier identity, scope of gas/electricity supply, applicable consumer protections and billing details must be confirmed before a contract is formed.
